What is SandStory Therapy®
This deeply personal process allows thoughts, emotions and experiences to emerge naturally, often without the need for words.
Through creating your own unique "story in the sand," by selecting and placing a range of symbols into the sand tray, you are invited into a quiet and meaningful dialogue between your conscious and unconscious mind.
Many clients experience gentle yet profound shifts that lead to greater insight, emotional healing and lasting positive change in their everyday lives.
At the heart of SandStory Therapy® is a trusting and compassionate therapeutic relationship that develops between the client and the therapist. A safe, calm and accepting space is provided where the client feels heard, respected and emotionally secure.
SandStory Therapy® sessions are £45 for one hour and take place at one of our designated therapy spaces at Wyton or near Warboys in Huntingdonshire.
SandStory Therapy® Therapists have completed specific training and appear on the SandStory Therapist® Register. They also hold an up to date Enhanced DBS certificate, have undergone Local Authority approved Safeguarding Training and hold the relevant insurance.
